Return Policy

What is needed for a return?

We want you to be totally happy with your order! To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders within Canada

A full exchange or store credit will be gladly offered on unopened, unused or undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in saleable condition, with all original packaging.

We regret that we cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your Anna + Oak Wellness experience.

International Orders

All international orders are considered final sale. Please note, we will not be able to facilitate exchanges or returns.

If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt.

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided you send us a cancellation request within 1 hour from the time of purchase.
